Refund policy
This policy explains how cancellations, plan changes, account credit, and payment refunds work for HyperProxy subscriptions.
Billing provider
Paddle is the merchant of record for self-serve HyperProxy subscriptions. Paddle processes payments, taxes, invoices, cancellations, and eligible refunds. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
Canceling or changing a subscription
You can cancel or update each subscription from the HyperProxy billing page. When an eligible cancellation or downgrade takes effect immediately, the unused prorated value is added to the same Paddle customer's HyperProxy account balance. Available same-currency balance is applied automatically to later eligible subscription purchases or changes before your saved payment method is charged.
Account balance is service credit, has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred between accounts, and is not a refund to the original payment method. Before you confirm an eligible update, HyperProxy shows the estimated amount charged or credited. The final amount appears in Paddle Checkout or your Paddle receipt.
Cancellation prevents future renewal of the affected subscription. It does not automatically send money back to the original payment method: account credit and a payment refund are separate outcomes.
Payment refunds
Except where required by applicable law, completed transactions are non-refundable. Paddle may approve full or partial refunds in accordance with its refund policy, including for mandatory withdrawal rights, duplicate or incorrect charges, or a service that was not delivered as described. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
To request a payment refund, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle buyer support. You may also contact [email protected] with your transaction details. If a refund is approved, access and quota associated with the refunded purchase may end.
Abuse and provider charges
Refunds or credits may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or manipulation. HyperProxy subscription fees do not include charges billed directly by an upstream AI or API provider; those charges are governed by that provider's own terms.
Applicable Paddle policy
Because Paddle is the merchant of record, its current Refund Policy also applies. If this page conflicts with non-waivable law or Paddle's buyer terms, those requirements control.
